Website Terms and Conditions –
Our delivery charge is $10 for all Australia wide. Your order will be shipped promptly, Monday to Friday.
If your order is placed early, we can usually deliver same day. For Sydney metropolitan.
During busy periods we will always do our best but we cannot guarantee same day delivery. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday may not be shipped until Monday. If required, we will let you know when your order is on its way and give you an approximate arrival time. Please advise in the comments section of your order of you would like this extra service.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery days or times. Delivery is added at the checkout. We cannot ship overseas. Delivery fees are subject to change at any time.
Authority to leave:
If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left at the door, or in the closest protected position to the front door. Unless you advise us otherwise we will assume we have, or our courier has, the authority to leave your order at the door
If it is not safe to leave, or if our courier cannot access the property, your order will either be returned to us, or kept at our couriers’ depot and re-delivery charges may apply. If the address you give us is incorrect, partially, or fully, a re-delivery fee will occur. Please advise us if the delivery is to a business address (include the business name) and supply as many details as possible. If delivery is to a business and the recipient leaves work early, or the business closes early (ie. a school) please provide an alternative address.
If a residential address is a security block and our courier cannot gain access, the delivery of your order will be delayed.
We keep our website up to date but there can be occasions when we sell out quickly, before the website can be updated.
If we need to substitute we will use the closest available plant or gift, or we will contact you to discuss options. It is important that your order is placed with your understanding that on occasion the recipient of your order may receive something slightly different from the image shown.

Sales + Price Reductions:
From time to time we will reduce prices and have 3 day, 5 day, 7 day sales. We will advertise on our website and Instagram the finish time and date of any sales and will not be obliged to sell products included at sale price once our advertised sale period finishes.
Exchanges | Refunds:
We do not exchange or refund. Under Australian Consumer Law we are not obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind. We love and look after our plants, and ensure they are in optimal conditions. Plant health is checked prior to your order being packed. As live plants are subject to variable conditions, Folium Co cannot be held responsible for the conditions, care, and health of plants once they have left our premises. It is expected that plant care instructions are followed.
If you change your mind and your order has not been shipped we can change your order if you let us know immediately. If the plant or gift selected at the time of your original order is no longer available, we will discuss substitutes with you.
If your order is damaged in anyway on arrival, we need to be notified immediately – within 12 hours. Photos and a description of the damage must be provided so we can raise a claim with our couriers. In this instance we may refund or replace items, at our discretion. Please note; a photo must be provided for a refund or a replacement product to be issued.
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal – the safest and easier way to shop online. You do not need a Paypal account, simply select the option to enter your credit card details. Your purchase is completely protected through Paypal. Orders placed within Australia or from overseas can be processed via our website and Paypal.
If for any reason you, or the recipient of your order, are not happy with their Folium Co products, we would like to know. Feedback via social media can be missed – for a prompt response calling or emailing is best.
